Our kitchen team goes to great lengths, not only to please your palate, but also your eye. “It’s so pretty, I don’t want to eat it” is often declared by our diners, before in-fact devouring and savouring every bite of whatever culinary treat is placed in front of them. From the first nape of sauce to the masterfully skilled execution of flavour, to the starches, vegetables and protein purposefully placed, to the very last local microgreen placed on that dish for that final pop of colour. You will first eat with your eyes then let your mouth do the rest, after all, it’s NEVER too pretty to eat.
